I'll throw in a few of mine. The first is the pale pink damask rose, Blush Damask. Next is the shrub rose, Lady of the Dawn. It gets rather large, but it blooms well. This next one is one of the better repeating pink Austins, Sir Edward Elgar. Next is another of my once-bloomers, Celestial. Another of my pink once-blooming old roses, Konigin von Danemark. Next is a climber, Hotel Royal. It is gorgeous in the spring, but it doesn't repeat all that well, and it is quite black spot prone. Next is the hot pink floribunda, Neon Lights, a bright spot when it blooms. After many years, this variety is still on the market and still beautiful, Royal Highness. Last, but not least, is this absolutely surreal picture of what is the best bloom on Cherry Vanilla that I have had. I hope you like these and find some of them interesting.

Waterdamage--That's a good question regarding crystals in the rest of the house. In my case, no. I opted to put my crystal bling in the rooms I could enjoy them the most--the kitchen which is in the center of the open floorplan & the master bath above the tub. The dining room chandelier is dark like the accents on the kitchen chandeliers and has the scroll look going on, but no crystals. It does have lampshades, though. The scroll work & the color tie them in together--there is an open doorway between the kitchen & DR, so all 3 chandeliers can be seen from either room. The kitchen is open to the family room with a walnut ceiling fan and simple bowl light fixture. The master bath is the only other room with crystal and it's an oil rubbed bronze scrollwork mini fixture with crystals and 3 candelabra lights over the tub.

This is an old post, but thought I would update posters to a couple of new shows on with a similar premise as Hidden Potential. One is called "PROPERTY BROTHERS". One brother is a realtor who shows the home buyer houses within their budget, generally they are not in great condition and are fixer-uppers. The other brother is a contractor who performs the renovation to update the house they select. The homeowners are given a 3D rendering of the proposed renovation, including the time frame for completion, generally 6-8 weeks. They do a good job and even like real life (gasp!) run into unforeseen problems that require adjusting the plans due to the hit to the budget...now that is realistic! LOL Like Hidden Potential, they do not typically address the entire house, so they may have a remodeled kitchen and LR, but still will have a sucky bedroom or bathroom to contend with. I remember on Hidden Potential thinking, there is NO way that remodel will cost that amount and you know there will be overruns (plumbing or electric being brought up to code, dry rot, termite damage, etc.) and like another poster - they couldn't possibly move in for at least 4-9 months with some of Hidden Potential renovations like roof changes, adding a second floor, etc! I still like the show for displaying the creative ways some of these homes could be renovated, but I thought the cost estimates were not realistic. The other show that I like a lot is "LOVE IT OR LIST IT" on the OWN - Oprah network. I think it is a Canadian import but quite enjoyable and fun. It definitely seems rehearsed, but the hosts are great. The concept is a family has a house that is no longer working for them (too small now they have children, etc). The realtor will find them a house in their budget to get them to "list it"; the Interior Designer will renovate their home to get them to "love it" again. I definitely would say it is a great alternative to some of these old and dumbed down shows that are now on HGTV. These two are my favorite new home design/decor/renovation shows.

That's why Google is such a big company, ad placement is its core business and it uses your history and its own algorithms to tout that advertisers can specifically place ads to users whose profiles meet their target markets. If you subscribe to Cooking magazine, you'll get kitchen equipment and food catalogs in the mail. If you book travel with Expedia, you're likely to get emails about all kinds of travel deals unrelated to what you booked. That's how advertising gets targeted these days, no matter what the medium used. For internet use, you answered your own question, delete history and cookies now. You get a fresh start for each session by setting your browser to "delete all history and cookies" when it closes, and by using an ad blocker as described above.
