Kalanchoe tomentosa spots

I'm seeing some suspicious spots on my Kalanchoe tomentosa. They are dried areas that appear in spots on several leaves and on the main stem. When I first saw it I thought it was mechanical damage from before I bought the plant, but now there are more, and I know nothing has bumped the plant or anything since I've had it. I'm hoping it isn't a pest! I can say it definitely is not from over watering. And the spots aren't mushy. They start out like dried/scarred areas on the top and then shrivel.

The plant still looks very healthy overall. I'm sending along some pictures to help with ID. Of note, the plant sits on my windowsill, is watered only occasionally, and hasn't been outside at all.
