Recipes using mushrooms...?

I over shopped a bit on GoodFriday. Most was necessary as the freezer was half full and mostly stocks broths and soup makings. Lots of tomatoes. Now full of portions of meats and seafood. Used a handful in my lamb meatballs.

I also have a giant bag of spinach, some kale and collards so i'll make an onion garlic spinach mushroom saute to have with something tonight or tomorrow, then freeze in small 1/2 pints for pizza and soups. Still a ton of mushrooms left.

Our favorite is Marcella's mushroom risotto and one of the first thing we made years ago together even before marriage. I'm out of dried porcini and mushroom powder but could use some spinach and cubed crisp bacon. We do like the mild earthiness of the portobello buttons but DH does not like the texture at all in stews....he picks them out.

I cruised through the cook-a-long posts, and think a soup with a stick blender finish is a good bet....I need to order some dried porcini ! So expensive. My favorite source is no longer...dead link.
