Anyone have a Pretty Jessica?

Hi,

I'm new to flower gardening and looking to bring a bit of English gardening to my Zone 4, South Minneapolis backyard. I have a sunny south facing wall that will be relatively protected from the winter winds. I've heard that Pretty Jessica has been hardy in zone 4 and is lovely. However, she is not being sold at any of the online nurseries I've seen. I heard that there's a patent issue with her and David Austin roses will not allow their partners to sell her.

So, before I move on to trying to find a similar rose, I'm wondering if anyone out there has a Pretty Jessica they're thinking of splitting. I'd compensate you for it.

If not... any suggestions on a look-alike for zone 4?
