Corian countertops

I have bone/almond corian countertops from 1998. I just redid the flooring in my house (except the bedrooms) with a 20X20 tile and got new stainless appliances. I was thinking about replacing my maple cabinets and the corian counters but now have decided they don't look so bad. I actually like the bone-colored countertops because they go with everything and look great when decorating for any holiday. I also have very busy dishes and they look great with it. So, if I decide to keep these countertops, would someone be able to reshape the edge on the corian? In the 90's the edges were a little more rounded and soft. I thought if I had them reshaped to a sharper edge it would look a little more updated. Thoughts?
