yah, i think the salmon is not intended to be done daily for life but more illustrates that there is something to the Omega3-6's.. so I certainly take Omega3-6-9 supplements.. plus there are other fishes such as mackerel (even yukkier) that are high.. BUT above and beyond this, remember that the farm salmon has less good omegas than the Wild.. (big controversy even about how bad farm salmon CAN me fed)... but let us not get in to how much mercury pollution we have in our seas :-) ... probably IS good that we don't eat that much of it.. take your flaxseed, borage oil! ANYWAY, if you need a quick fix for a special occasion, you can follow his regimen for short term and definitely see the difference.. add in lots of water and that alone shows people the nutrition side of the picture. yes, I've read his wrinkle cure book quite closely, skimmed the others (they seemed like somewhat repetition with a few new things). watched the stuff on tube ... no one else has illustrates as well with nutrition.. then we go the way of the topicals, but at least you see that it's "good" stuff.

I should have taken a before picture but I didn't like the way I looked. The lines around my mouth were quite deep and the ones around my eyes were getting worse. I still have some on my upper lip but it looks much better than before I started using this. I did put on some L'Oreal Youth Code after the Neutrogena this morning but even without it there is a huge difference, it says you will see a difference in a week but I didn't expect it to make that much difference. One 20 year old girl said she didn't see any difference. Are you kidding me?! A 20 year old doesn't have any deep wrinkles. It doesn't smell nice but it's not bad. The Retinal makes it work and I've heard doctors say that going back to the serum that we used to use works much better. If it burns you should use it every other day. You can surprise your family and friends for the holidays if you start using this now I hope it works as well for you. .

Back in the era of '91, GM had a problem with the timing sensor in the distributor. Instead of points, it used a hall effect switch to sense the shaft rotation of the distributor and triggered ignition firing. (This item maybe referred to as the "cam position" sensor.) Some of these switches failed by becoming too sensitive to temperature. When cool, they worked, but became erratic when hot. It might stop working, or worse yet, trigger randomly. I had one that would either cut out the ignition or fire much too early causing the engine to buck and knock. I traced my problem to the temperature of the timing sensor. This sensor was in the bowl of the distributor. As long as there was adequate air flow around the distributor, it kept cool enough to operate. But get in stop and go traffic, pull a hill, require extra engine load on a deep snow covered street below 35 mph, or sit too long at a stop light, it would fail. As soon as the bowl of the distributor dropped a few degrees, it would work again. This was a maddening problem to chase down. The solution was to replace the sensor with a good one.

I saw the report on TV that's transcribed in Sushipup's link. It says the same thing I've always heard from the pros. The active ingredients in the cheap stuff are the same as in the expensive stuff, and the biggest differences are in packaging, perfume, fillers, stabilizers and preservatives, waxes and "sealers", etc. None of them will prevent aging, and they don't claim that they do. They lessen the appearance of aging with moisturizing, fillers (which wash off), exfoliating acids (you could use a washcloth for that part), etc. What prevents premature skin aging (aging itself is genetic and some people look older at a younger age and nothing will stop that), is reducing sun exposure, and keeping a healthy body (no smoking, little drinking/drugging, good diet (including sufficient fats), general fitness, and lots of water). Re before and after pictures, make your own. Make them for a friend. There are good reasons why older actors look so youthful on screen, and like hags in the vegetable aisle. I'm not saying you won't see a difference. Just that there's a lot of difference in lighting and focus when you're trying to make the before picture look as bad as possible and the after picture look as good as possible.
