I grew Agastache 'Blue Fortune' for years, until it petered out (pretty plant). It never once made a seedling, perhaps because it is a sterile hybrid. However, I received some Anise hyssop plants in a swap, and they reseed abundantly! Too much, really, I find them everywhere. Easy to weed out though.

Carol, There are no seed pods. The seeds are nestled at the base of the dead flowers along the stem. Cut the flowers off into a bag, you'll end up seeing some of the seeds. Then just move the dead flowers around and you'll see more pop out. There's lot of little seeds hiding in them. Remy
