I was reading the Scandinavian Breakfast thread just before going to town where there is an old fashioned farmer store that sells hoop cheese. I stopped by and had them cut me a piece on their old hoop cutter.
Plllog indicated that it was a very good choice for a blintz filling. I was assuming that it would be similarly used in a Crêpe, but I have not made any with cheese before (usually just fruit). Plllog also indicated a savory approach; what else would be added; does everything require baking or would a folded in pan product work?
