Either right click in the center of the screen and hit refresh, hit the F5 key (refresh key) or try a reboot. One of those 3 gen really will do it.

If that doesn't work try Right Clicking on the Desktop, Chose View and then Click on Show Desktop Icons!

Icons...what you've described is (I think) exactly what is supposed to happen. Second problem...you could try selecting the object with a right-click. You may get a context-menu with an option to delete it. However, if the pic is the result of a program that you installed on the computer, getting rid of the pic does not get rid of the program.

Ya know, I think I have seen jewelry made out of computer parts but I just can't remember where. I think it was in someone's blog. You might want to do a web search for "computer jewelry" and see what you get for sites to check out. Sorry I couldn't help more. Sal

Can you bluetooth it? You can check and see if that's built in by right-clicking "My Computer" selecting "Properties" then click the "Hardware" tab then click the "Device Manager" button and look through the list of devices and see if you have anything bluetooth.
