Anyone ever grow a Turner's oak in zone 6?

Likely someone in Europe, but, open to anyone who has tried. Has anyone tried to grow a Turners oak Q. Ilex and Q. Robur hybrid? I got one to try years ago, and was lucky to get it. But, I stupidly put a teeny tiny seedling out with no protection. I am zone 6, and it is listed as zone 7. But, I am wondering if it could be fine when larger in zone 6. Anyone either tried and failed, or know where I can find a seedling fairly cheap? I know they are likely going to be grafted, the 2 parent trees seldom make acorns, so it would be called "phseodoternie" . I know that's misspelled, but, I don't remember the spelling. Thanks
