Have you tried a magic eraser?

I don't have a silgranit sink, but this seemed to work well on the sample white and biscuit silgranit sink samples I played with ... at least for removing silverware marks.

I'm sure those with experience with the sinks will have additional ideas.

Be very careful using magic eraser. It can void warranties.

I've done this before with a white blanco sink. Made the sink look as good as new.

The magic eraser will remove them for sure but the sponges are expensive over time (although I cut them up into quarters as it only takes one pass for me to get my sink white so there's no reason to use an entire sponge) and they are definitely full of some kind of a chemical. I would try hot water and a microfiber cloth as that seems to work well in mine so long as I use the hot water and microfiber cloth every night the sink just doesn't end up looking grungy like it did when I was cleaning it using just a regular cloth or sponge. barkeeper's friend (soft cleanser) and a nail brush - if a baking soda scrubbing doesn't work (I have a white sink - don't know about the coloured composite ones).

There is no "protective coating" on Silegranit or any other quartz composite sink.

I have used baking soda, vinegar, simple green mix, and apply the surface of the sink and leave the mixture on for at least 10 min. It seems to work, but the stain builds up very fast. I thought white sink would be easier than stainless to clean, but I was wrong.

I think I have cracked it!! Fill sink as far as possible with very hot water. Add 2 dishwashing tablets and swish around to dissolve and leave for a minimum of 3 hours. Brilliantly clean!

Is there anything that can be used to seal my white Blanko sink so it so it does’t constantly stain?

Would love to be able to spray Clorox Clean-Up on my new white Blanco Silgranite sink to clean it but Blanco customer service won’t give me a clear answer…yes or no…to my question. Anyone out there have an answer for me?

I've found my new Blanco sink stains so easily, must say I wouldn't have bought one if i'd done my homework in advance. I use BarKeepers Friend gets rid of the stains but needs doing every day. It's mostly tea stains but just seems to grab cany oloured liquids on to it's surface.

Warning warning - do not get this type of sink! It takes a ridiculous amount of time to keep clean and rutted, stained and garbage in under 10 years.

Not all composite sinks are created equally. Elkay Quartz Luxe sinks are much more dense than others, and therfore much less likely to stain. Order the samples and see for yourself please.
