Help me find this workbench
Comments (16)Yes, PKathy, its like a big square steel mesh teacart! LOL about the ironing board. They are a bit too wobbly and I would prefer something with 2 wheels. Sorry to be so hard to please! ;) And besides......I have an ironing board up all the time near my kitchen, and I should probably limit my house to just one of those! hahaha I have a friend who told her husband she wanted an island in her kitchen, and he pointed to the ironing board that was up there and said "There! You have one". hahaha For awhile, outside, I used a cheap garden tool stand. Its just too wobbly too. As I age and develop more and more aches and pains and defects, I try to buy things that will keep letting me do the things I love, without all the pain and suffering! Thanks for your suggestion Kathy...See MoreWilliam and Catherine Rose
Comments (16)One thing that appeals to me about the new Austin is the red buds nesled against the white blooms. YES! I love that effect, too. It is what attracted me to Aimee Vibert, Duchesse de Grammont, and now Little White Pet. My two newer Austins have both disappointed somewhat. Queen Anne has already been given away. Rosemoor I'm holding onto for a little longer because the foliage is very nice, and the flowers do have some old rose scent, though it's not the "powerful" fragrance I was expecting based on descriptions. It's a mean thing to say, but sometimes I wonder if Austin's best roses are behind him. I wonder if he has reached the same dead end as the 19th century nurserymen did. How many cup shaped fully double petaled roses can you produce before there are too many and they all look the same? (Still, I often fall for the pictures, too, so maybe there's never enough?) But I do hope you get William and Catherine and really love it....See MoreNeed help with ID
Comments (3)daisy, Can't find a Katherine Woodriff either. Looking at the AHS list of registered names, there's a CATHERINE WOODBERY (a fairly popular one) and a KATHERINE WESTBROOK (never heard of this one). Sorry.........not much help!!!! Comments (44)I've delayed answering because I didn't want to disappoint everyone, but I wasn't able to go due to illness. Woke up that morning with a migraine-type headache and spent most of the day in bed :( But please don't think your advice was all for naught, because I have an even more important event in a couple of weeks with the Historical Society of the U.S. Supreme Court in D.C. I'm going to wear the Nordstrom jacket dress above, but I need to buy jewelry - I'm thinking pearls? Thank you all for your help!...See Morenippstress - zone 5 Nebraska
