Oops - painted over new stucco

I did some stucco repair to our garden wall (1939 double brick with stucco) a few weeks ago, then yesterday I was doing a few remaining patches. An hour or so after I finished, my spouse (thinking all the stucco patching was several weeks old) primed the entire wall. So much for marriage communication!

I did some Googling and everything says don't paint over fresh stucco because the pH is really high and it will screw with your paint. Already, less than 24 hours later, the tinted primer is fading over the new patches.

What I can't figure out Googling is what you are supposed to do if you have been so stupid as to prime over hour-old stucco. What are my options now? I'm thinking that our only option is to go all-in and prime the hell out of those spots in an effort to put a barrier between the alkaline stucco and the actual paint. Any other ideas??
