30' Double wall ovens
Comments (32)Yes @rhome410 - I have an island in front of the refrigerator and the oven. Thanks for making sure I'm making the correct choice in the right swing or the left swing - Ideally left would have been good but then that comes in the way of the refrigerator door and that might also prevent it from opening completely. So going with right swing - so it opens completely and the counter that I will use will be the island. Have not purchased my appliances yet - my contractor needs my choice of appliances RIGHT NOW - for electrical and plumbing work that is being done right now! - So if needed I can change from right swing to left or down swing (with the down swing I'm afraid it will dent the refrigerator door (this happened in my current home!) Excited that I'm out of appliance paralysis! (keeping my fingers crossed for them to all work correctly when they get installed!!)...See MoreDoes Wolf M-Series Double Oven come with Temperature Probe?
Comments (8)wcutiew - Yes I am sure, I have a M double oven in my kitchen. I replaced an E series oven twice because of the porcelain chipping, so now I have three probes. They all work in the new M's....See MoreWolf M Series Double Oven
Comments (5)Convection is weird. Although the Wolf is very good, I'm sure it can be weird too, even with the dual fans. What happens is that the heated air which passes by the food bounces off of the sides or door and comes back still hot, over doing what it hits on the way back. Having two cakes on the same rack probably negated what having two fans is supposed to give you. This is especially true if they were layer pans, i.e., shallow, rather than tall tube pans. Your best bet for next time is to try a different rack position. I'm guessing that 3 is dead center? That's often the worst position for short stuff. I've made a lot of assumptions here (including that the M has the dual fans), but it sounds a lot like what I've described....See MoreHas anyone had experience with the Wolf E or M series ovens?
Comments (0)I am remodeling my kitchen and am looking at the Wolf E and M series ovens and I am wondering if the M series is really worth the difference in price. I like the Master Chef option but I like to plan my meals and timing and I want to know how long something is going to take to cook and what temperature it is cooking at. I am also wondering if a less expensive oven may be better so I can save a little on the appliances. I am getting Sub Zero panel ready column fridge and freezer and a Wolf 36" rangetop but my appliances do not need to all be the same brand. Thank you!...See Morewekick
