hex tile choices for bathroom
Comments (2)I am selecting a matte finish for mine. I bought the small samples of each and tested them out in the bathroom for a while (walking on them, cleaning them, etc) I think the matte is a better look for my home personally, but didn't notice a huge difference with the glazed as far as slippery / not. I think that all smooth tile will get slippery when wet - marble and glass will be really slippery and textured less so. Here is a link that might be useful: [Just for fun! Comments (6)su, her tile pattern is a lot softer than yours. your gray veining is much more pronounced. I think doing your floor and shower walls will be too much. either pick a tile like Karen has, or do a solid tile in the shower. her mosaic is a 1x1 white glass mosaic (or could be a 5/8"x 5/8") https://www.tilesdirect.net/morello-quartz-5-8-x-5-8-mosaic/ This one is prettyhttps://mosaictiledirect.net/11-in-x-11-in-mother-pearl-white-diamond-pattern-shell-mesh-mounted-mosaic-tile.html...See MoreBathroom Tile - Choice 1, 2 or 3
Comments (24)"What's the tile in the last pic ?) https://www.cletile.com/products/cement-alhambra-8x8-federal-blue?collection=moroccan&sku=C20031 You can do anything...........the bath is a whole. what's the vision, the inspiration. Tile alone isn't the whole it is a bit like cooking. What's the whole meal? Appetizer to dessert Also.......If I were "replacing all the carpet upstairs" I WOULDN'T replace all the carpet upstairs. I'd want hardwood, or engineered hardwood, or swear to God even a great LVP . With area rugs. Resale? N.O.B.O.D.Y wants your carpet. : ) Kids? they barf, occasionally. There's the grunge of simply walking around barefoot, which then leaves the foot oil behind and becomes the dust magnet which becomes the embedded traffic pattern of yuck. Ps........LVP? you can run it right into a bath. You can offset an 8 x 8 tile 50/50! Use your imagination here ) the blue is 8 x 8 Say what you want. but white and black..... yes it can be classic or fun or both The trouble with wait and see/decide, design? There's literally no map. No definite direction. It is to wander or meander and akin to getting in a car, and yelling ROAD TRIP!!! ......to where? I might ask : ) To the beach, the mountains, to grandma? W.h.e.r.e...See Moremboston_gw
