I have had great success with faucetdirect.com with numerous orders from them.

I've ordered Grohe, Hansgrohe, Kohler, Kraus, Toto, from faucetdirect, efaucet, build.com (actually, I think faucetdirect is part of build.com), homeclick and amazon. They were all fine.

These are all great suggestions. Thanks! So, if Amazon does have the exact same product as plumbing stores, then I will consider Amazon.com. They have the item in stock. Faucet direct says it will be 2-3 weeks.

I've ordered a number of items from Quality Bath (www.qualitybath.com), including a Hansgrohe Axor Montreux showerpipe and have been very pleased with their pricing and customer service. You can usually get a better price if you call and speak with someone on the phone.

I ordered all the fixtures for my two recent bathroom remodels from build.com and have been very satisfied with the pricing and the speed of shipment.

Just a note, Build.com is the eCommerce site for Fergusons if that makes you more comfortable. Ordered a bunch of things from them and I happy with the service including the tankless water heater.

Really? Ferguson's has their own site, or did last time I checked.

Ferguson's is usually more expensive. When I researched for my bath remodel, faucetdirect (build.com) and Quality Bath got great reviews. I buy from Build because they are knowledgeable about their products and have great customer service, ship fast, and the price is good.

I didn't think there was a connection between build.com and Fergusons, either, but I checked into it and it turns out that there is a large, British parent company that owns both build.com and Fergusons. However, it's important to know that, whenever I compared prices, they were much better at build.com than at Fergusons (both online and at my local Fergusons). I just checked out the price of a Hansgrohe faucet I'm familiar with and it was $161 at build.com and $201 at Fergusons. Occasionally Amazon will be close to or about the same as build.com in pricing, but I have to pay sales tax most of the time at Amazon, and don't at build.com, which saves me nearly 10% on my orders. I also like build.com because they carry other products besides plumbing fixtures, like lighting, cabinet hardware, fans/vents, tankless water heaters, vanities, mirrors, etc.

Thank you all so very much for giving me so many options. As a Canadian, we are less familiar with these sites. I will be ordering tonight if possible.

I just bought all my Hansgrohe fixtures and plumbing parts from Build.com. I am just a homeowner, not a professional. When I got to a point where I didn't really understand what I was buying (e.g. the plumbing parts like the "rough") I asked to speak to customer service rep and they explained everything to me and made sure I got everything I needed. They were fantastic! You can call the same rep back with more questions, they will get your account up on the computer and continue to help you through your entire project. I enjoyed getting a neutral perspective that I could check the advice of my contractor against. If they carry a manufacturer, but don't list a specific part, they will get it for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Want to add: most things I order from Build.com come in 2-4 days. I ordered a Toto Aquia toilet that had a 4 week delivery on all the major US websites, except Amazon where they wanted $200 more. I got it in 4 days. Also, on their website in the upper right hand corner, it says to call customer service for "special pricing". I always place my orders through customer service now because they give me extra money off -- usually about 10% from the website price. Not sure why, but I like it!

So glad you posted again suzettelane. I was just on the build.com website and likely going to order tonight. Their price is better than Amazon. I will call to see if they will give me an extra 10% off. Excellent news.
