Pilot won't stay lit

On a Heat n Glo natural gas fireplace with a SIT 820 Nova mV valve, my pilot light won't stay lit. I cleaned the thermocouple and thermopile, and checked their voltages: about 30 mV on the thermocouple (minimum 15), and well over the minimum 325 mV on the thermopile with the wall switch "on".

Given that those pieces test fine, I went ahead and replaced my valve. Unfortunately, the pilot still won't stay lit. The flame looks good and is fully hitting both the thermocouple and thermopile; so I'm now at a complete loss. Any ideas? I'm now really hoping that I'm overlooking something simple, it's getting cold in here!
