The neighbor put a sign on the door saying to come to our house for extra and dropped off a big bag, then friends came and brought more. The friends also brought birthday cake for Missy's best friend and we had bought one for her also. Not as many kids this year as usual, about 150 instead of the usual 200+ so we have an abundance of sugar products left over. Had fun with 13 of us sitting in the courtyard handing out candy and seeing the kids. There are whole families that make it a point to come by every year to see the webs and decorations.

Well, Spectre, I finally got back here...& you made ME blush! And, I can't imagine YOU speechless! :P I do like getting ideas for our garden when I see other people's creations. That 7-yr. remodel I spoke about was inside the house, though. The gardens are forever a work in progress, it seems. :D It was nice to see Judy Wigand write your story & her husband, Bob, as the photographer. I like their work. Hee haw on the "three hour tour"! Susi, it was very nice to meet you at the Del Mar Home & Garden Show yesterday! Good luck on your wildly eclectic garden at your new place in Vista. What fun! Are your two lemon trees grafted with mature scion wood, or are they trees that you grew from seed? How old are your trees?
