The left and right peachy and pink flowers appear to be Diascia. Trailing Lobelia 'Sapphire' and angel wing Begonia are below those.

Yes, definitely a Berberis. There are lots of cultivars of lots of species. If you email them I am sure they would tell you which one it is. I find professional gardeners surprisingly helpful in this regard. I think they are chuffed someone has noticed their work. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea replied within an hour when I asked them about a street tree I couldn't id.

Depending on your climate they will grow and flower all year. But they also self seed and will spread to wherever seeds might be washed to by rain.
