Anyone watch Design Star tonight?
Comments (16)I didn't like that chincy floor either. It kills me how much hardwood floors cost now a days. They use to be standard in a home back in the day. And carpet was a luxury. I remember when I was a kid and my parents bought white wool carpeting to cover up the gorgeous hardwood floors. I remember thinking how warm and gorgous my living room was. However, I was only renting and had the carpeting taken up when I moved. If carpeting was in vogue again, I bet hardwood floors would be cheap. Supply and demand I suppose....See MoreAnyone watch Kate tonight????

Because when the kids get older, I think they will turn their back on her....See MoreSpoiler--do not read if you have not seen Wheel of Fortune

I saw renovation rescue the other week and shock horror, they actually did a place up (albeit with brand new furniture thrown in) but they didnt just rip everything down and throw it out (I usually watch these shows saying "OMG, look what they just threw in the bin!", it's the sort of stuff I usually buy and fix up, lol...See More- 10 years ago
