Pretty range. On the riser, is that the oven heat venting forwards, right at you? As someone who has induction and gas (cooktops, not range), I'm always interested in the combination. You need specs to impress on the induction, however. See selected specs below. The induction has most of the usual features, and the power looks fine, but it doesn't have count down timers and only lists 9 power levels. Nine is fine if there are half stops, for the true number of power levels of 17. If there are really only 9, plus boost, simmer, etc., then it's pretty bad. That's not enough control, and the power one wants is generally in between, which means a lot of up one/down one throughout the cooking. I'd find that out before buying/carrying. The gas power looks decent, but confusing, since the simmer is on the big burner. But there's also the induction, so it really doesn't matter unless there's a power outage. The ovens are gas, I'm sure, because otherwise you'd have to have like 200 amps just for the range. There's only one glide rack, in the larger oven. There is convection, but not self clean (again, the power issue), and the interior is enamel (which is good--easier to clean than stainless). It only goes up to 500° F, so adequate, but not a pizza powerhouse. The griddle looks a little underwhelming, but probably another power compromise. Should be fine for pancakes. Overall, it looks like a good range, and packs a lot into a compact space. I really want to know about the real number of power settings on the induction, however. Nine is just a no-go. Period. These are all extremely new to the market. I have seen the blomberg and techno gas in person and they seem well made ranges with decent features...but as to reliability or usability, I would call and see if any showrooms near you have them live. That's probably the only people who will have used them!

Do NOT buy a Superiore!!! We have had a 36" dual fuel range since 2018. It has never worked properly and we have had no luck in getting it fixed. It has been a nightmare finding a company that will work on it; a couple of companies that came out to diagnose refused to come back because it was so hard to communicate with the Italian company about problems and parts. Our oven preheats way past the set temperature. It blew a fuse while preheating one day and since then it takes over an hour to preheat to 400F. At this point the retailer where I purchased it has finally sent someone (they stated upfront that they don't service Superiore) who identified two parts that need replacement, but they have been unable/unwilling(?) to find the part numbers and where they can be found. My Italian son-in-law communicated with the Italian Superiore HQ since OnPoint (warranty company that used to handle Superiore warranty claims) no longer works with them. He was told that we should find out from OnPoint where to purchase the parts, and the OnPoint contact phone number refers callers to Italian HQ! Arghhhh! I am ready to throw in the towel and just replace it. In my opinion, Superiore products should not be sold by reputable appliance dealers; it is a disservice to their customers.

Well, there's no heat from the cooktop, but there is heat from the pot! And the pot does heat up the cooktop, so be careful right after use when it's hot enough to burn you. The original AGA cooker was designed for the blind. No adjustments and dials. A range that works like a hearth. The ovens are different temperatures depending on how near or far from the fire, and the mass between them and it, and they're hotter nearer the fire, requiring turning. The hotplates have one hot (which if both have been closed for a long while can boil) and one lower. They're hotter in the middle like French tops, I think. AGA also makes similar looking ranges which have proper burners and knobs for the sighted. :) Induction uses magnets which run on electricity. The oven is probably electric as well.
