How to pick the right white for kitchen cabinets?

I know everyone says to bring painted door samples home to look at it in your own lighting, but what if that is all going to change? Right now we have regular incandescent recessed lights that will all be taken out and new LED lighting put in (not in the same places). In addition we will have under cabinet lighting and pendants over the island. I have a feeling the new lights won't have so much of the warm yellow hue.

Also, we are getting new floors that are going to be a totally different color (red oak changing to a brown/grey hickory).

Luckily I'm only picking between 3 whites (Conestoga crystal, designer white and frosty) but I don't want to make the wrong choice!
