Soft close hinges: 3/16" gap -- adjustment?

Sorry to sound impatient, but I just can't wait until 1-800 customer service opens tomorrow morning! :)

The cabinets are pretty much in, and I'm noticing a very wide gap between door and frame (3/16"). The little silicone bumper thingy leaves only a 1/16" gap.

I realize once the counter's installed, the 1-1/2" overhang will take care of the top (visually), but, really, I would like NOT to see my floor tile from the side of the door.

These are my hinges...screws, screws everywhere!

The doors are otherwise nicely aligned right now (relative to each other, height, etc.), so I don't wanna just start loosening things, willy nilly. I'm thinking #2 is for height.

Should I loosen #1 (both hinges) and nudge door a bit closer?

Right now, when I open the door halfway, the top corner of the door still clears the frame by 1/8".

Thanks for any advice.
