They're pretty similar... That said, your cabinets are dark, your appliances are dark, your floor is dark and your granite is fairly dark. I'd be looking for something to brighten up the space.

I really like the lighter colour more. I think it brings out a cooler tone to your granite that goes more with the darker units.

The shadows are showing me odd colors. Do you have different types of lighting temperature throughout the kitchen (e.g. soft white and some daylight bulbs). Ensure the lighting is uniform before you make your choice. Maybe it was the flash on your camera, I dont know.

I would go lighter due to everything else being darker.

I'm not sure that I know what 100% & 200% means in the context of paint.

Is the Ball of String the painted square about a foot above the light switch in the last photo of your first post? If so, I think it looks good.

Oh, I've never heard of changing the saturation on the paint chip, though I have heard of adding white to lighten it up.

I like the color showing in the first 2 pictures you posted. Is that the Exclusive Ivory? Is doesn't look dark at all in those shots. Either will be pretty.

Ummm.... I'm not in the room so of course hard to tell but there doesn't seem to be any depth to it which would draw in the counter. It isn't doing your counters any favour. At least, I don't think so.

The picture you posted today with the Swiss Coffee. I like Exclusive Ivory with the counter but not with the cabinets. Try a little bit more of Ball of String and see what you think.

I like the Ball of String - it goes with the counter and at the same time it brings the cabinets to life whereas the Exclusive Ivory doesn't. Good choice (at least I think so).
