You can't pull the wool over avid golf fans, especially those of us who are bird watchers, too. 🐦 Speaking of wildlife interactions during tournaments, there have been some funny situations with alligators, geese, fox, swarms of bees and over the years. Recently, a butterfly chased down a ball rolling towards the cup. The cameras zoomed in with striking accuracy for what appeared to the white butterfly trying to mate with the white golf ball.

I'm with Casey. Having a big meal with family.

Eating corn bread or corn casserole.

Our Thanksgiving traditions are different than our Christmas traditions. The only thing in common (and I wouldn't call it a "tradition") is getting together with family and friends.

Well, if it was just Xmas, I'd say that the hanging of mistletoe was the answer, though it was used in Druid ceremonies much longer ago than that. I wrote an article about that and other ancient traditions years ago.

So I know the answer but won't spoil it. ;-)

Oh, wait!! I just remembered. I couldn't think of anything 2000 years old so said something silly. Rhizo's mistletoe + dinner inspired me.

The cornucopia! I bet that's Roman or something.
