Thanks Mike It is a Hardie Irrigation model P/N HHA11271 6/91 Over 20 yr old!! Inside the control box I see the following wiring setup: 1 white 2 blue 3 blue 4 white 5 red 6 open 2 green wires connected to COM/GRD and of course the AC connections. The backup battery inside was dead but when I swapped in a live one, it didn't help anything. I never use the programs, just run on manual. There is also a red wire in the box with the end stripped that is not connected to anything, as if it had been disconnected after assembly. I do have 5 zones so the five wires make sense.

We are building right now as well. We found out that the company that we are getting all of our plumbing fixtures is closed, but we were lucky that they were able to ship us the rough-ins. I am emailing the tile person my Pinterest boards, and she is going to pull samples, and I can meet her by appointment. As of now, our kitchen cabinet manufacturer in Canada is still open. Our windows are supposed to go on Monday, but now it's going to rain again for four days, so we are praying they can get them in next week. You are so lucky to be so far along. I would look for other cabinet makers on your own and get bids.

We go out to eat rarely, and only started doing so a bit in 2019. 2020 stopped that, but we did order carry out a few times. And delivery a couple times from the one place around that will deliver out here- glad it's Chinese :) But driving around local into our little town. 1 of the 2 bars is closed. The other seems to be closed too, but looks like it's being worked on while it's closed. The two taverns of food and drink are still open. The few local restaurants are still open. Except one- it was a new branch of an existing restaurant that was slated to be opened in June 2020. It's still sitting finished, shuttered and yet to be opened. A couple places that are more open during tourist season look like they might not try again this year. Another one that is usually closed was chugging out the smoke, so someone is there- it's a bbq place :) But still closed for the season :(. And one place that usually depends on the tourist season and some limited winter hours for the locals has expanded a bit and is doing fuller winter hours to accommodate more carry out orders.
