My no-name daylily I bought from Home Depot is blooming, this is it's third flush this year. My other daylilies are done for the year.

Have a Stella d'oro with a new scape. Hoping frost doesn't get it.

Great Maryl! I remember seeing this gorgeous daylily in your posts, great to see it again. Had very little rebloom here.

Penny's Worth has a lovely rebloom in October. I saw a bed of daylilies in beautiful bloom at a local nursery in October many years ago. I asked the name and bought it on the spot. It was doing great this year. We had some frost the last few days, but I believe there are still some going. I will have to check later.

Thanks for all the responses^-^, I'm hoping to one day breed a daylily that will bloom on Halloween in zones 8 to 7. So I'm taking all super lates into consideration. Some of the wild types seem to be the most promising that I've found though.

I have a scape on Noctournal Butterfly that I got earlier this summer from Oak HIll Dayily Garden. I also had a few blooms on Bright in the Night from Mayott's Garden which I planted in July. I have never had blooms this late in the season.

This is a Bright In The Night bloom taken the first week of October.

I still have occasional blooms on Penny's Worth, even after three frosty nights. Pictures taken today.

Look at the many finished stems, all from the late September/October flush.

Maryl - Indian Ripple really bloomed a long time for you. I don't think I had anything blooming in October this year, but I had several rebloom in September.

I've had several rebloom in Oct. past years--Belle Isle Sentry & Maleney Debutante most often, but none did this year. I think Indian Giver, So Lovely, and Priscilla's Dream all have once or twice.

Here it is Nov 25th in East Central Iowa and I have a Rosy Returns as a cut flower in the house that had 2 blooms on it yesterday. This plant has bloomed non stop since June (never without buds or blooms). I cut the stems off a week ago before the snow storm. It had 2 buds ready to open at that time. Now these 2 and still has 3 more buds. They are small, so I have doubts that they will open. There were still new stems coming when I cut these.I have never had a daylily bloom this much. I did have a Stella that had new buds, but it had rested different times during the summer.
