It is an Echeveria. Could be Echeveria harmsii or Echeveria 'Pulv-Oliver'. I'm sure someone will be of more assistance

Thank you all so much! :) Based on what you told me regarding the first pic, I search around and found this: http://mountaincrestgardens.com/crassula-perfoliata-subsp-coccinea-giant-propeller-plant/ The description mentions the chartreuse yellow-green color: " Crassula perfoliata subsp. coccinea: 'Giant Propeller Plant', 'Airplane Plant', 'Scarlet Paintbrush', 'Keiserskroon'. New growth in center is gray green changing to chartreuse yellow green as the leaves grow and age. Bright orange-red flowers stalks rise to 18" in summer. " Regarding the second, I'm really surprised how Echeveria Harmsii Ruby Slippers, that hoovb suggested, looks so similar to Echeveria pulvinata Ruby! I don't think I would know the difference by looking at the plant. Is the flower of one a different color/form than the other? Thank you all again! Geetha

Sedum sieboldii, not plectranthus (pillow plant).

The biggest is about an inch, maybe inch and a quater. In my system less than 2 cm........ Too tiny to be aeonium. Too skinny to hardy too be s.adolphii. Stems wooden too. Leaves wrong length and shape....
