looks like sedum telephium. the cultivar 'Autumn Joy' is really common. -ming

It is an Echeveria. Could be Echeveria harmsii or Echeveria 'Pulv-Oliver'. I'm sure someone will be of more assistance

New growth in center is gray green changing to chartreuse yellow green as the leaves grow and age. Bright orange-red flowers stalks rise to 18" in summer. " Regarding the second, I'm really surprised how Echeveria Harmsii Ruby Slippers, that hoovb suggested, looks so similar to Echeveria pulvinata Ruby! I don't think I would know the difference by looking at the plant. Is the flower of one a different color/form than the other? Thank you all again! Geetha

It does look like Aptenia, which is used as a groudcover.
