Hedging with Syzygium Australe Resilience

I have just planted Syzygium Australe Resilience from 200mm pots (plants about 60cm high), spaced 85cm apart, as a hedge, that I am planning on an eventual height around 1.25m.

I have no experience growing hedges. Do I just let spring arrive and do nothing, or is there pruning that should be done immediately / soonish? Or does that depend on the individual plants?

Is there a good guide to "just-planted hedge care" that I should be following?
