Hahaha! When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought I was in the cooking forum and immediately thought of a Scarlett O'Hara: cranberry juice and lime with southern comfort!!

I don't have pictures, but have suggestions. SW Grassland, Austere Gray (less yellow in it than Grassland) and Comfort Gray ( a little more blue than the others). There's another one-Escape Gray? - in the strip next to Austere Gray that might also work for you. I've used Austere Gray and Comfort Gray and they are very subtle and pretty.

I know this was a month ago but wanted to share my experience. I had mindful gray throughout my downstairs except on an accent wall. Because I have a charcoal sectional, I felt that mindful gray was just too dark for me so I repainted in repose gray. Both are muddy colors in my house depending on the time of day. Usually mornings, they are a nice crisp neutral gray but by evening, they are more taupe gray. On the second part of my stairway it’s mindful gray on both sides and I don’t feel it’s too dark but i still want to eventually lighten it to repose as well. The bottom of the stairs you can see where i didn’t finish painting. One wall is mindful the other is repose. Here’s a pic of my wall with two different shades. Excuse the horrible pic. I would start with your lighting. What kelvin bulbs are you using? We used SW Alabaster in my daughters house. It is the main wall color throughout but she has mixed it with gray accent walls in her kitchen/dining room. All ceiling, base and door trim is SW Extra White. The kitchen cabinets are an off white and island is dark gray with white subway tile. The Alabaster looks fine in her house and doesn’t appear yellow like yours though that can be the photo. It’s difficult to capture the true color. I do know we had to change from her initial gray choices as they were way off once we did samples and checked throughout the day with different light. Once you try different bulbs, I would ask your SW store for a paint deck to bring home to choose several to get samples. I always paint samples on large panels and move around in different light. You might also go to a tile store and check out sample boards. Google the term “grays that go with SW Alabaster” and you’ll find many colors go beautifully with Alabaster. Can you take another photo further back so we see more of the room? What rooms are adjacent?
