Small Home Rehab Journey is about to begin!

Hello all! I am very happy to have found this forum. My husband and I are about to begin (another) complete rehab of what we hope will be our future home. We currently live in a 1400sf 1926 two story home that we've gutted and rehabbed. It's almost done actually. We like it enough, but it's a poor use of space as is, and the lot it sits on is pretty small for what we want to do. We also own a 3/4 acre lot in town that has great potential. There is a house on the property now, no utilities are hooked up, and it's a big fat mess! It's aprox 872sf, 2bd/1b. Our plan is to gut it, redo the foundation, add on to the back, and poss open up the attic space. Lastly, we are hoping to add a detached garage with loft down the road as well, behind the house. I am very scared and excited to take this on. We are a family of 6, so slightly downsizing from our current home to maybe 1000sf should prove interesting... now for the pics. Brace yourself!

the little add on will be ripped off.

lots of tree trimming to do as well, but love all the shade around the house.
