Yeah! I found just what I was looking for…because of all the windows with white trim, I would paint the entire house/garage door white. Then, I would add an applied stone to the wall…like in this inspiration photo. And from photo below, just simple planting...notice the stone bed.

You both have a right to enjoy your property. If they are going to constantly create objectionable noise, then it needs to stop at their property line. The solution may be as simple as relocating the subwoofer to an inside wall so that it doesn't use their outside wall as an amplifier. So bite the bullet and talk with them. You'll have to live next to these people for a while-- might as well start out by setting reasonable expectations.

I would use the exact color of the house on the garage doors. I would however paint your front door a bright color, so it stands out a bit. Also add some color in the porch under the roof by front door. It looks very dark, and uninviting in that area. Add some colored pots of pretty color on the porch. Color can make a huge difference. Its a very cute house. Congratulations on your new home.

Paint everything except the stone & brick a light gray including the garage doors. (the yellow is awful). Make sure the new walk is not against the foundation; bring it straight out from the front door 8-10 feet then turn towards the driveway. You will then have some space for foundation plantings, which you need on the left side also. Trim the tree on the left corner of the house and all along the driveway. Move the house numbers to the garage and get better and larger lights for the front near the door and over the garage doors
