will tiny pinpoint bubbles in refinished wood floors resolve over time

I had my floors refinished. There were dents from sanding and they redid them. After that I noticed pinpoint raised areas all through the rooms that felt gritty. After two days most now look indented instead of raised and gritty. Still some gritty pinpoint are there.

The rooms were very hot when we returned home initially - 92 degrees over several days. Could the humidity have caused this and now that the air is on could the pinpoint raised areas have indented due to lowered humidity? The spots are many an glisten in the light.

Question is, will these spots cause the integrity of the floor to be compromised if not screened with a recoat?
