Could be euonymus fortunei.

I can't tell from your photos, but the most common kind of bedding Impatiens (I. walleriana) is effected by a fungal disease, downy mildew, in the US, and it has at least been present in the UK according to this article. You may find other articles about downy mildew that tell you more about how much of a problem it currently might be for you, but it isn't recommended here in many parts of the US last I checked. Happily, New Guinea impatiens, Impatiens × hawkeri, isn't bothered by it. It has similar flowers and is more sun tolerant.

Solved....Fallopia Japonica 'variegata' finally came to me and yes it is a "Japanese Knotweed" variegated. I have known it as a Variegated Japonica but just couldn't remember!!!! Luckily we have had this plant for over 25 years in the same spot.....so you can see it has not invaded anything! In the spring when it first starts to emerge we get 2 or 3 runners that show up. I usually have friends who would like a piece so out they come....and none of them have had any problems.....so I guess we are lucky. Thank you for your help

Thanks Gardengal. You are correct .I googled the name and I see a picture that matches mine. It is called Rex Begonia Tiger kitten. !
