Saving seeds- open pollinated?

I was hoping to get some help from everyone here. I did a search and read over some of the seed saving forums I found, but I'm still a bit confused. I have roughly 22 pepper plants, mostly sweet but some mildly hot.

I have them planted in a raised bed using square foot gardening with a 1 foot spacing all around. I know I cannot save seeds from hybrids, but I am wanting to save seeds from the others. I really don't want to bag them this year. My question is can they be saved with a relative amount of certainty they would be the parent plant when grown out next year? I know some will likely be cross pollinated though, but how many do you think?

My next question is since there would be so many seeds saved, can I use those for trading if I told people they were OP with possibility of cross pollination? Thanks for your help!
