Well, they look to have been professionally grown - they are bags commonly used in the nursery industry - and I see from your page that you are in the Philippines. Were you told ANYTHING about the plants? The one on the left - my first thought was Duranta repens "Sheena's Gold" but I think we need some close-ups of the leaves, esp the one on the right, plus whatever clues you can provide about where you acquired them and what you already may know.

Since it is a herbaceous perennial it doesn't actually need any pruning. Everything which grows in a single year will die to the ground in the winter. All it needs is the dead stems cutting down to the ground if that's what you want to do. There is no permanent framework to control.

There is a "name this plant" forum, you might want to put this there also. #1 looks like daylilies #2 looks like Solanum, maybe S. dulcamara (nightshade vine.) Handling this plant makes me itchy, you might want to wear gloves/sleeves to pull it up. Unfortunately perennial. #3 bulb lilies of some type. #4 ? #5 ? looks like some kind of critter may have been eating the leaves, could be something that will pass without action, seasonal. Those who know what it is probably know what's going on with the leaves.
