OK, I thought it could be, but for some reason this one looks different than all the other ones around the yard which I'm pretty sure are brazilian pepper, but maybe it's just because it gets more shade than the other ones...

Oly, there is an orchid sitting to the far right. You can see a few of the flowers. Here is the purple, half-dead. I originally titled this “help me identify this half-dead flower” 😬 but I thought that wasn’t nice to ask people to identify a half-dead (or actually, almost totally dead) flower. HA! Then I found a photo of the arrangement when it was fresh. Below is the half-dead one. I’m pretty sure it isn’t an orchid. DD has the landscaper coming Monday to talk about putting in a cutting garden for DGD. That’s going to be a challenge. She’s 4. She uses the Queen of Hearts theory of flower cutting - “off with their heads.” 😂 ETA: They are looking at some of the flowers in the bouquet as a starting place for the cutting garden.
