Any opinions on Aquasource brand toilet?
Comments (30)I have an AquaSource toilet that I purchased from Lowe's in East Mesa, Arizona on October 13, 2013 and installed it a couple of days later. I'm a snowbird and only come to Arizona for a couple of months a year so it hasn't had much use or certainly not fully used. The flush valve has develloped a slow leak down the center flush area which means that the fill valve is running to keep up with the leak. I've looked for a new flush valve all over Mesa and have also gone to plumbing parts stores but nobody carries any AquaSource toilet parts at all. What a USELESS company. Not supplying any parts to repair their product? That's NOT confidence, that's STUPIDITY!!!! So I called the toll free number and talked to Luis (April 26, 2021) at AquaSource and he tells me that he would love to help me but their warranty only lasts for 1 year and the parts have all be discontinued. So the only way I can repair this is..............NOPE,.......Can't be done. Throw it away and buy another. Well, I'll certainly do that but it won't be with another AquaSource. If you have the chance to buy this product, run far away. Don't do it. They don't stand behind their product. Worst of all, Luis didn't offer ANY kind of resolution to THEIR OWN FAULTY PRODUCT!!! I bought: AquaSource High-Efficiency Dual-F;lush Toilet, Item number 0274044, Model number T801. Very poor customer service. I recommend you buy a different product. Comments (32)We’re in central Italy, just north of Rome in a little Medieval hilltop town called Stimigliano. We live in a small historic palazzo with a small, terraced and steeply sloping rear ‘garden’. The entire rear garden is paved so every plant we have is in a pot. The entire area is surrounded by a tall stone wall and above that is a wire fence. we were initially planning to replace the wire fence with something more attractive, bu but eventually opted to instead put a row of 42cm square plastic pots around it and to fill those, alternatively, with a star jasmine, a Red Eden rose, ano another Red Eden rose, a star jasmine, and so on, all the way around the fence line. in each corner pot we plant, instead instead, a Papa Meilland climbing rose, and at the base of each jasmine, Red Eden, and Papa Meilland we planted a couple of erigerons to both cover the sides of the plastic pots and serve as a groundcover and weed inhibitor. The star jasmines have now been in their pots for almost two years and have largely covered the entire fence. The Papa Meillands have also been in for upto two years and although they don't produce a huge amount of flowers, those they do produce look and smell like heaven. The Red Edens were only planted in October of 2023, but virtually every tiny bush is already covered in an average of seven flowers. The occasional one has balled, but the vast majority have fully opened, and the entire fenceline looks unspeakably beautiful. these were three of our first four flowers, and not even close to our best so far. However, these first flowers, which opened at least three weeks ago, still look this good now, more than three weeks later. And the new blooms just keep on coming. Not a single flower on those more than two dozen bushes has begun to die back yet. I cannot even begin to sing the praises of this glorious rose enough. Oh, and they all, btw, have a subtle but lovely scent…...See MoreOpinions on Crown Princess Margareta
Comments (21)Sorry for not responding. I happened to revisit this thread and saw your question. I've done this with lots of Austins and OGR roses. I plant the rooted cuttings about a foot to a foot and a half away from the mother. As they grow up the whole thing forms what looks like one really big bush. Odd numbers of plants seem to look better so either 3 or 5 together. David Austin actually recommends doing this on his website to achieve a more filled out cottage style effect. Although that look isn't really achieved until all of the plants have about 3 years or more to grow to a more mature size. Actually you can see the mother plant of the CPM growing behind the one blooming in the photo. Now, a year later since I'm responding so late, all three plants are about the same size. About 5.5 to 6 feet tall. The three together are about an area that is 5.5 to 6 feet wide. Right next to this CPM is a red moss, a Salet, and Issac Pereire that I've done the same thing with. In the winter you can easily distinguish the separate bushes, but during the growing season, when everything is growing full blast, it really looks like one big and very full bush. They really don't have any problems growing closely together. In the spring I might prune out a dead cane or two, or ones that might be crossing badly, but I tend to prune as little as I have to anyway....See MoreCould I get opinions on this hall chest arrangement?
Comments (31)@dianabythelocks I think the rugs you are showing above appear equally as patterned, they are just lighter. I tend to like a darker rug for a runner because it is usually in a heavy traffic pattern area. Without knowing the rest of your home design and/or colors it's hard to pick one. I was also thinking that the darker one pulls the color from your chest, and doesn't fade into the tile. https://www.rugsusa.com/rugsusa/rugs/united-weavers-countess/Brown/14185110715-P.html https://www.rugsusa.com/rugsusa/rugs/surya-ath5052/Chocolate/158ATH5052-P.html https://www.rugsusa.com/rugsusa/rugs/rugs-usa-luxuriant-fringe/Brown/200KHMC23A-P.html What do you think of these from rugs usa, they all have a runner some just didn't show up that way in the vizualizer....See Morekimmq
