Unexplained droopy and curly leaves on top of the plants

I'm having some weird problems that I cannot explain with two of my
tomato plants (one is pretty bad, the other a bit better). And I have 5
other tomato plants in the same spot under a DIY greenhouse so they all
have the same conditions (fert, T, watering, light..) and only these two
are showing symptoms - others not at all.

Basically what's
happening is that the top of the plants or rather all of the "new" and
young growths/leaves are curly, spindly, bending down, have a different shape
(smaller and more "ragged"). Otherwise the color is OK and no spots are visible. Oh, and all of the suckers (even on the
lower part of the plant) look similarly affected.

I'll attach a few pics and a video too and I hope you'll be able to see what I'm
talking about. The difference between lower and older parts of the plant
and the newer parts is quite clear I think.

Pics were taken a few days earlier than the video and I think there's a little difference (plants in the vid look a bit worse I think).

Here is the video
(and sorry for the "weird" handling of the tomato plant. It's really
hard to show it when filming and watching through the phone's screen) - download the vid for better quality:
