Legal Advice: Hired professional cleaner resulting in pool pop up.

AA AA

We hired a franchise professional pool service to clean a gunite pool. Franchise was licensed, bonded, and insured. During cleaning pool was drained resulting in pool pop up with major damage. Franchise owner filed a claim on their insurance. Adjuster determined damaged pool needed to be removed and replaced resulting in over $120K damage. Franchise insurance had $50K liability cap on pool pop-ups. We are not looking for a law suit, but want our property restored fully. The franchise is completely responsible. Interested to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with hired professionals and what your end results were or any advice. Thanks!
