I almost used it on my exterior trim but chose a more creamy white. The Snowbound was a very bright cool white. Just a touch of gray but not dirty. I really did like it though. Inside my house it looked like the primer... I found the only way to really tell the colors for the house was to literally paint a wall. We have lots of windows and the sample chips were useless. I bought quarts - the only amount my SW sells for samples in exterior paint and after I primed, I painted big sections of wall. Smaller swipes of paint require resanding and priming to get rid of the tell tale splotch/roller patch. Ask me how I know...

Thanks missy. We do want a pure white there, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'll need my sunglasses on in the room if I use it on the ceiling! I have a hard time choosing colors for this house because it gets so much light; the complete opposite of our other home. I use Benjamin Moore Linen White in our other home and it works beautifully there; it's creamy and works well in the traditional interior, but I wouldn't want it at the beach. The colors that work best there are pure and cool.

Thanks prairiemom! Your house looks lovely and the color looks great. I'm glad to hear you say it's not stark white, as that is what I was a little concerned about. I have seen lots of images of it online but nothing beats hearing from someone with firsthand experience.

Thanks jjam. When we actually were "snowbound" it didn't look yellow.

We have Snowbound on the house exterior and kitchen cabinets. To me it just looks white, without any particular undertones, especially in comparison to the other whites we considered. Please have large samples done. Good luck!
