Comments (20)mare_wbpa....Thank you! I've been sewing clothes since 7th grade. I attempt a project out of necessity and get the chairs or swing FREE off CL. :0) (that way I don't have a lot invested if I redecorate or change my mind). The truck seat covers......just like the rest. I used the truck seat seams to make a pattern out of newspaper. They fit exact, because they're a perfect match to the upholstery. I made 2 slip covers(they unzip) for wingback chairs because they didn't go with anything color wise. :0) Now they coordinate with the oriental rug in the bedroom. I needed an accent chair for the livingroom. I owned all white leather @ the time(I have $5 invested in this chair): This post was edited by nicole__ on Wed, Jun 18, 14 at 0:30...See MoreI'll Show You Mine if You Show Me Yours Wed June 24

Comments (24)I am in the room and can hear you all, y'know? I did not kill the snake. I was taking a walk and came across it, quite dead in the road. I didn't know what kind of snake it was so I took a pic hoping to identify it. I did. It was an Eastern Milk Snake. It was quite lovely with almost iridescent metallic copper tones in it's pattern. I'm glad some are willing to rescue wounded animals, but I assure you, this poor snake was quite beyond rescue by the time I found him. Most likely it won't be there by tomorrow a.m. as some scavenger will enjoy recycling it. So it will exist only in its current state for a short time, and captured on camera. I was sorry to see it killed, glad it died so quickly as opposed to in terror as most animals die, and glad that I was able to see it as it's probably the only way I'd ever get the chance. In all my years of walking, it's rare for me to come across any snake. I'm sorry some of you find this image of death upsetting. Sometimes images, like life, can be upsetting. (Yesterday I posted a picture of a weed with a dead blossom which didn't seem to provoke the same reaction.) Death happens. IAC, the image was not to celebrate the death, but the beauty of what once was and the chance I had to see it....See MoreI'll Show You Mine if You Show Me Yours Wed June 15
Comments (19)My neighbor took me to an early birthday lunch yesterday and this was one of my gifts. A darling frog birdhouse for the atrium. I love it. I have a mini collection of green frog items. My birthday /anniversary is actually the 20th....See Moresweet_betsy No AL Z7
