Some type of Veronica? Similar to V. prostrata ' Trehane'.

Yes you're correct it is a 'Heath speedwell'...now to decide if I want to rip it up, or let it spread because this is on my problem area that I've been trying to think of something to plant on....

Oh I think you're right! We DID have a large stand of volunteer flowers that looked just like your link growing back there before everything was cleared out. I never knew what they were called and I somehow assumed when everything was pulled up/bulldozed/trenched for sprinklers, that they were gone with the rest of the mess. Haha. Hardy things, huh? Thank you!
