"Okna 500 Series" vs "Imperial LS"

I am about to make a decision on replacing 19 windows in our house. We currently have steel windows where there is a metal flange between two layers of brick.

I like what I have learned about both installers and they both have excellent reviews on angies list. Below are the main differences between the two options.

Option 1

OKNA Insul-Tec 500 Series Deluxe

New buck-frames in all windows

Colonial edge moulding (instead of quarter round) stops

Price $12,500

Option 2

Imperial LS

Primed quarter-round stops (no finish painting)

Install directly into the brick

Price $11,500

I was hoping you guys would share your thought on a couple questions I have about the project?

1. Will the buck-frames make a significant differences on the quality of the install or in the amount of glass (reducing)? Will the buck-frames change the look on the inside or is it something I will not see?

2. Am I right in thinking that the windows are about the same quality? From what I have read the "Imperial LS" might be a bit better than the "Okna 500 series".

3. Is there something else I should be considering?

Thanks for your help and thoughts on this. It is much appreciated.
