Brussel Sprout and broccoli plant just seemed to wilt suddenly

This morning they appeared to be okay. Now, 5 or 6 hours later, they look like this. Is this from a lack of water, too much water, or something eating them. None of the other broccoli in the bed have this look nor do any of the other brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts are all in separate containers. Today it was humid, but not brutal and the temperature was mid 70s and partially cloudy. I am at a loss as to what makes a seemingly healthy plant just sag down like it is dead within hours. I have noticed no worms, aphids, etc... some leafhoppers and leafminers. I am applying Neem oil on Friday when it arrives. The most I have lost so far is an occassional leaf; that is, until these two plants look like they lost their spine and just collapsed.

I was just outside watering them when I noticed this. Any assistance/thoughts is GREATLY appreciated.
