LOL and i'm almost done planting out my ws stuff, i've decided to plant them out in them 1/3 barrels, so i don't have to worry about if they are ever gonna come up!! LOL if they do, hey!! that's absolutely awesome!! if they don't that's awesome to!! i have more dirt!! LOL i will still plant stuff in there anyhow till the stuff grows in there so as to not waste any space!! see i have it sorta planned!! AND!!!! i scored 2 of them plastic 55 gal barrels free!! from that freesycle.org!! how awesomely cool is that?? so tabor and i are gonna try a thing, both are for compost, both clippings and household kitchen scraps and such, shredded paper, here's the difference, one has urine/water mix. the other has just water. and we'll see how long it takes to make actual compost. we're going to label the start date and all that. keep the stuff watered and such and turned. they are "supposed" to take 14 day's because of the urine breaks it down faster. we'll see!! i'm so overly anxious!! i just have ta get my truck tagged so i can get the barrels!! they are like 2 towns away!! ummm 2o miles i think. ya know car washes will give them to ya free?? if i lived in town i'd get me like 5 of them things!! no kidding!!! LOL here's another pic!! becky and i went in on a deal and got all those planting things and the bamboo sticks have been very usefull, mainly for the dragonflies, LOL they love to rest on them, i have seen anywhere from 1-4 or 5 on them at a time. so beautiful! one time we were in the other flower bed and i'm pretty sure i saw a brown recluse, it was in a kinda like cacoon, so it was new, and it reminded me of a tick, but the back looked funny, it was on a leaf. i couldnt get a good pic of it. so i'm trying to learn how to do that, that's fun!! I've been suffering the leg cramps for about 6 months now. I hate taking medications and will try anything natural. I've tried calcium and magnesium supplements, olive leaf extract and potassium. All seem to work for a little while then they come back. Went to my local health food store and they suggested a tablespoon of black strap molasses daily. It has worked for about the last 2 months. I've been able to reduce it to about a tablespoon every other day and that seems to be working. I have found that if I miss taking it for a couple of days, they slowly start making their way back. Most of them come on while I am sleeping. The ones in the thighs are the worst, they tend to pull in all different directions, getting out of bed is almost impossible. My husband has to begin rubbing it out before I'm even able to get out of bed to walk. I'm sticking with the molasses for now. I do stretch before going to bed as well. That also seems to help.

Both drugs are generally well tolerated but can cause nausea, dizziness, or other side effects. Good short-term results of treatment with levodopa plus carbidopa have been reported. Although dopamine-related medications are effective in managing RLS, long-term use can lead to worsening of the symptoms in many individuals. This apparent progressive worsening is referred to as “augmentation.” With chronic use, a person may begin to experience symptoms earlier in the evening than in the afternoon until finally the symptoms are present around the clock. The initial evening or bedtime dose becomes less effective, the symptoms at night become more intense, and symptoms begin to affect the arms or trunk. Fortunately, this apparent progression is reversible by removing the person from all dopamine-related medications. Another important adverse effect of dopamine medications that occurs in some people is the development of impulsive or obsessive behaviors such as obsessive gambling or shopping. Should they occur, these behaviors can be reversed by stopping the medication. They also have demonstrated that the mechanism of action of pickle juice or mustard is not through electrolyte replenishment (Journal of Athletic Training, May-June 2014). Nobel Prize winner Rod MacKinnon, M.D., and his colleague Bruce Bean, Ph.D., are neurobiologists. They also are prone to muscle cramps. While kayaking several miles off Cape Cod, Dr. MacKinnon suffered debilitating cramps, which was dangerous that far out in the ocean. Fortunately, they made it back to land, and they began a quest to better understand the causes of such incapacitating cramps. By thinking creatively, they discovered that muscle cramps are actually triggered by misfiring nerves rather than dehydration or electrolyte imbalances. These brilliant scientists came up with a revolutionary idea that might transform the treatment of muscle cramps. They hypothesized that strong flavors would trigger nerves in the mouth, throat and stomach. This neuronal stimulation might in turn overwhelm the misbehaving nerves that were causing muscle cramps. They concocted a spicy beverage containing cinnamon, ginger and a hot-pepper extract that “directly influence and regulate nerve function.” They call the product Hotshot (www.Flex-Pharma.com). We suspect that yellow mustard or pickle juice also may work by stimulating the same nerves.
