Tide stain release boost Febreeze SPORT

I guess I am on a "pod" kick. I ordered a bag of Tide stain release boost Febreeze SPORT Victory Boost Scent from amazon (it seems no retailer that I can find carries them in a brick & mortar business).

WOW...these are amazing!!! Stain fighting power and the scent is incredible. I am maybe one of the few who LOVES the smell of the Tide washing machine cleaner packets....and this Victory Boost Scent smells just like it (of course NOT as strong, as even I will admit the Tide washing machine cleaner packets packs a fragrance punch!!).

I'm adding one of the boost pods in addition to my detergent to sheets, towels and most of all workout wear. I am a fitness instructor, so my workout wear load is very large and super sweaty!! I do not think my clothes have ever looked or smelled this fresh and clean. The Victory Boost scent is very "herbal detergent" smelling. Nothing sweet, candy, fruity or flowery. LOVE it!!!

thanks for the report. I can't imagine the Fabreeze element in the product. I don't like Fabreeze in the several products I've tried over the last few years. I tend to stay away from it altogether. With this report I just might try it, if I see it at a local store.

@ enduring.....Yes, I 100% agree. I do not like Febreeze anything, and I tried Tide he liquid detergent w/Febreeze and hated it; it was so nauseatingly strong and gross. These Victory Scent packs smell so fresh and herbal on my workout wear!! You might have to order on amazon.

Sorry, I should have specified which Persil. The Pro Clean Pearls are the ones with bleach action. I love them and, for me, they work better than Tide with Bleach powder. The 2 in 1 liquid contains no bleaching agents, as far as I know. The 2 in 1 is pretty good stuff, however. I have not compared it to a liquid version of Tide. I despise liquid Tide, in all variations. I bought some of the HE liquid version once with a coupon, off the clearance rack. Never again....I did not like it for several reasons. This liquid 2 in 1 Persil I would most certainly recommend for a liquid detergent over Tide. In fact, I have gotten better results with 2 in 1 liquid than I have with plain powdered Tide. Your milage may vary, however....

Thanks for the info! I'll check out Amazon and put in my Wish List so I remember. I'm also tempted by the ALL powdered booster, then! I like the idea of being able to measure out a bit into both the prewash and main wash drawers and then forgetting about it. The only bummer with the Tide pods is that I have to open the door and add once the main wash begins. Oh, so many options... ! 'Tis the season. Only a few boxes of Cheer at the Target near me here in Chicago. Very disappointing. If I see it starting to disappear I'll have to buy up as many boxes as I can.

I actually did a happy dance seeing these online! I can stop hoarding them now. Lol. I orderd 6 just in case they disappear again. They were 5% off w free shipping.... Alex - I grew up in Lake Co. My brother lives downtown, my mom just across the border in Munster, my best friend and his husband live in Wrigleyville. I just eat everything when I visit. The only greek food here is fine dining and Italian beef sandwiches don't exist.

Tide is absolutly a powerhouse detergent, I am glad to see you mixing at the ratios I've harped about for so long lol..any way Tide is the best US branded detergent on the market add STPP to it and you've got a workhorse..top that off with some sodium percarbonate and HOT water and yes blindingly, brilliant whites. Think you'll find the same results with a Persil Cap, Tide bleach pod and a generous tablespoon stpp. Your Tide bleach pods Larsi are good little guys..and I think they have a bleach activator.

Larsi, I see the bottled tide sport victory w/ fabreze at Walmart just now. I don't see the pods. Is it the same?

enduring....I have never seen nor tried the Tide victory w/Febreeze bottled. Mine are little clear, pillow packets that dissolve in the wash cycle.
