We've got a 30" RNB with the convection fan at the back of the oven. I use a full sheet pan to bake rolls and bagels with - no more having to bake with two racks. I also bought a perforated full sheet pan and it's turned out to be my favorite -why I don't know (all Lincoln brand). As the other poster mentioned washing a full sheet pan is a project. We put in a huge single bowl sink and every time I have to wash a full sheet pan I think about taking it into the back yard and turning the hose on it. Handling a hot full sheet pan is my other issue. When it comes out of the oven it covers our entire 30" range top. I need to plan where to set it if there's other cooking going on in the kitchen - a hot full sheet pan loaded with bread rolls can be heavy. It is worth having - one of the benefits of having the big Blue Star oven - but don't buy a dozen full sheet pans until you're sure they'll work for you in your kitchen. Al

Sooz, click flooring is not "waterproof". The surface of each plank, and the substrate in the body of the plank and click mechanism are waterproof. But you are correct, some moisture can leak down through the click mechanism especially if you flood the floor (wet mopping etc). But it's a very small amount and I wouldn't think it would damage the underlying subfloor. My concern would be the development of mold, or smell if it's pet urine flooding the floor! The benefit to that kind of floor is it's a bit more forgiving of a slightly rough or unlevel subfloor (sheet flooring is thinner and will transmit subfloor flaws) and it's warmer underfoot because it's thicker. It also can be popped up, cleaned and dried, and reinstalled if you have a major flood problem (sewage backup for example). If you don't anticipate numerous pet accidents or flooding consider a good quality click vinyl such as Coretec. There are numerous Coretec threads on houzz. And they do have tile look options.

I have some extra wide king flats that I purchased at a thrift store after a hotel replaced all their linens and donated the old ones. They are great. Hotels use flats for top and bottom sheets so need wide ones. If you go on a site that caters to the hotel trade you will find many to choose from at various price points. I would use a liberal coat of Gardz on the raw edge of the sheetrock to stabilize it, install the 1x and then caulk along the edge of the drywall. Alternatively, use L bead if there are big gaps between the drywall & the beam & then install the 1x. Yes, you would need to stain the wood. But if the 1x and caulk works, then you avoid needing to add L or J bead & mudding, sanding & painting. Stain & caulk is easier.
