Lithops Seedlings Help

I've had my lithops seedlings (mixed species from Etsy) growing since 3/21 in a fast food tray with a mix of cactus soil and sand/grit topped with 1/4" of sand. They're doing well, but some of them are toppled over. Will they grow upright with time, or should I try to sprinkle some courser sand or Chicken Grit/Turface on the top for them to "lean" on? I just finally obtained all the makings for Gritty Mix, so some other recent additions have been re-potted in that, as will these guys when they're old enough (in a year?). I've pulled a couple up that were on their side, and "planted" them in a little hole. They've survived this injustice so far.

Thanks,

Chris
