Thanks for the bump, Carrie! I just sent a message to the G.W. technical department asking if they could fix it so that the link to the instructions for posting pictures on the Cottage Garden Forum would stay at the top. They stay on the top of the page on the cottage forum.

I never thought I could do it but I did!!! Here is how I did it, mind you I am using a MacBook Apple Laptop YMMV. I opened an account on Photobucket added my pictures there into an album. I eventually ended up making several albums so I wouldn't break the chain of linking to the photo once I wanted to add more pictures. Once I had the photos over there in photobucket I went back to Garden web and went to the message I wanted to reply to and put my cursor on the message and clicked on it as if I was ready to type in a message then I opened another window and went to photobucket and clicked on the photo I wanted in my message on GardenWeb. Over to the right there is a list of htttp, html codes in a box, click on the HTML code until it turns yellow or blue in some cases that means it was copied to your computer now close that photobucket window and go back to your still open message window to Gardenweb. It should still be open if you were careful to have two windows open at one time. Ok, now all you have to do is go along the top of your computer to the Edit tab and click on it to drop down the menu. Where it says "paste" click on that and it should copy a big long code into your message box on GardenWeb. Now you have the big long code in the message box and you can add what you want to say just after it. Just type in what you want to say in your message BE SURE YOU HIT THE PREVIEW MESSAGE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT MESSAGE TO BE SURE YOUR PHOTO HAS COPIED. You're not going to see the photo until you click preview message. Now you should have your photo embedded in your message. If you want to add more than one photo just keep doing the same thing until all your photos are in your message. I never thought I could do it either but I can and it's so great to be able to upload photos into my messages to better show what I am talking about!! As far as people who seem to do collages and all sorts of neat story boards I still can't do that, lol. Thanks and I hope that helps!! gr8

Diane, I just measured my hand… that bloom on Over the Moon was over 6 inches in diameter! I finally looked on HMF to see Sally Homes. At the base of the plant were two name plates so I wasn’t sure. I think you’d really enjoy seeing this garden. And, of course, I’d like to see photos of your visit! Va Joh, I’m so sorry you’re sick!! That’s the worst. I love hearing about your childhood adventures in Washington Park and the “exercise stairs.” I hope you get well soon, get a chance to visit the rose gardens and that you're having a Happy Birthday!!! Dave, aren’t you the person that likes Eden? I was thinking about all Eden lovers on GW when I saw that display. There are several Eden’s at the gardens and they have to be 15-20’ tall. Here’s a photo with a person (that I don’t know) in it for scale. Happy 4th of July!
